Regular applicants
Here are the important dates for the Fall 2025 admissions:

March 20, 2025 | Available places for Round 2 are posted on admission.sram.qc.ca and on the SRAM website |
| April 4, 2025 | CEGEP decisions for Round 1 are posted on admission.sram.qc.ca |
| April 23, 2025, 11:59 p.m. | Deadline for submitting a new choice or completing an application for admission – Round 2 |
| May 1, 2025 | Available places for Round 3 are posted on admission.sram.qc.ca and on the SRAM website |
| May 13, 2025 | CEGEP decisions for Round 2 are posted on admission.sram.qc.ca |
| May 28, 2025, 11:59 p.m. | Deadline for submitting a new choice or completing an application for admission – Round 3 |
| June 14, 2025 | CEGEP decisions for Round 3 are posted on admission.sram.qc.ca |
The dates indicated in bold are important because they must absolutely be respected. No exceptions will be made once the deadline has passed.
Applications that have not been completed by the deadline are automatically carried forward to the next round. In this case, there is a chance that no places will be available in the program initially chosen. As such, it is very important to check if there are any places remaining in the next round and exactly how many are left. If there are no places left, you will be required to modify your choice before the round’s deadline and, of course, complete your application.
If you receive a decision indicating that you are admitted (mettre l’icône admis dans admission.sram), the CEGEP will then contact you to provide information on important dates for registration. These dates must absolutely be respected. Otherwise, you risk losing the place that was attributed to you during the admission process.
International applicants
The following deadlines apply to international applicants submitting an application for admission:

| Deadline | March 14th of the same year as the fall of admission | For an international application for the Fall 2025 semester: March 14th, 2025 |
| Beginning of the admission period | June 1st two years before the winter of admission | For an international application for the Winter 2026 semester: June 1st, 2024 |
| Deadline | May 31st of the year preceding the winter of admission | For an international application for the Winter 2026 semester: May 31st, 2025 |
CEGEP's decision will be posted in your online file . Incomplete applications will not be sent to CEGEPs for evaluation.
